Yoga for the Pelvic Floor Workshop with Sally Hoesing
The pelvic floor needs to be strong and flexible to help keep the abdominal and pelvic organs healthy and provide proper alignment of the body while we move. This workshop will help you learn to identify and assess the muscles of your pelvic floor. Exercises/asana (yoga poses) will be taught to provide better awareness of this under-appreciated area of our bodies. Open to women of all ages. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Date: Saturday April 5th
Time: 11:00 am to 2:00pm
The workshop will be taught by Sally Hoesing.
