Learn the fundamentals of yoga or brush up on your knowledge in this eight week series. Yoga poses will be taught systematically and sequentially to heighten your understanding. All levels are welcome, drop-in attendance also welcome.
When: Friday noon –1pm
Dates: September 18 – November 6th
Cost: $88 for the entire series, or use your class pass.

Sara Russell will be your teacher. Sara has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2004. At first, as a physical outlet and to compliment running, but overtime the benefits of yoga reached her emotional and spiritual health as well. Sara has taken many workshops with senior teachers and is currently studying with Nina Pileggi to become a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
