January 2020 is just around the corner. A new year bringing new beginnings.
If you’ve been thinking that you’d like to explore the practice of Iyengar yoga, we will be offering two Introduction to Yoga classes beginning in January. These courses will teach the basics of Iyengar yoga and will be geared towards students new to yoga. 2020 may be your year to start on the path of yoga!
Additionally, we are starting a new Level 1 with Sara Russell on Tuesday’s. The class will begin January 14th, 2020 and meet from 9:30 am to 11 am. We are trying something new: if you are a parent/caregiver with a youngster and they are mostly able sit and enterain themselves (bring crayons, toys, or tablets/iPads- no judgements!) while you practice, then you are free to bring them to the new Tuesday 9:30am classes. We want to make it easy for parents/caregivers to start a yoga practice.
