Four Week Introduction Series It's easy for anyone to get started in yoga with our Introductory Series. This four week series is for everybody who wants to start yoga. These classes presume that you and your fellow students are all brand new to yoga. You will gain a solid foundation of correct body alignment and learn basic yoga poses. After completion of the series, you are invitied to try one meeting of a level 1 class of your choice for free the week following the end of the four week session. This winter, we are offering three Introductory series as shown below. Please preregister for the Introductory series by phone or online. To register online, click here.
