2016 Schedule Update for Sunset Yoga Center
Announcing our new schedule effective January 4th 2016. Below we have listed new classes and changes to the schedule:
Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm – Upper body strength class with Julie Burtis (starts 1/26)
Wednesday 5:00pm – 6:00pm – new beginning yoga class with Sara Russell
Wednesday 6:15pm – 7:15pm – new power flow yoga class with Sara Russel
Friday noon – 1pm – new eight week fundamentals of yoga class with Sara Russell
Friday 6:00pm – 7:00pm – new community yoga class with our staff. Attendance by donation
Special offerings for winter 2016
We have many new special classes this winter:
Friday January 1st – New Year’s Intentions class with David
Saturday January 16th – foam rolling for myofascial release with Julie Burtis
Saturday February 20th – Practical Anatomy, focus on rotator cuff muscles, with Julie Burtis
March 4-6 – Marla Apt Iyengar Yoga workshop, details to be posted soon.
